Kramp is Europe’s largest specialist in spare parts and accessories for the agricultural industry.
Kramp is a growing family owned company, located in 24 countries in Europe. A strong pilar for growth has been the early stage and successful set up of an e-commerce platform. This digitalization has given a massive boost for growing the company and bringing the 500.000 sku’s (!) closer to a broader range of clients. The e-commerce platform is run from the Office in Utrecht. The Head Office of Kramp is based in Varsseveld.

The e-commerce business is a vital add-on to the existing business. Still, Kramp is working closely together with dealers to bring their products to the end client. The company is highly focused on innovation both in e-commerce as in further automation of supply chain solutions (example: a highly automated warehouse in Varsseveld). The international expansion of Kramp has also added to where the company stands today. Thanks to the ambitious growth Kramp has established a leading position in the agricultural market for parts with one simple goal: Make it easy for customers to run their business!

The job profile

Anticipating on the next phase of international growth of the company, we are now looking for a Head of Group Finance Operations. You will be reporting directly into the CFO and together with the team will make a substantial personal contribution to the further international expansion and professionalization of the already successful company. The new Head of Group Finance Operations is an empathetic leader, independent and conscientious, and has a strong focus on performance management, data analytics and strategic direction. You will enable focus on control and you will foster growth, (financial) leadership, compliance, and governance. You will work primarily from the Dutch headquarters in Varsseveld and the office in Utrecht, but will be expected to travel periodically to the other entities. An exciting and challenging role that will evolve over time!

The ideal candidate

This opportunity is for candidates who want to be part of a fast growing, family owned company with ambitious objectives set out. You combine a progressive finance career in an international operating company which has grown rapidly over the years. You have experience on group level and you know the dynamics of the size, complexity and pace of companies like Kramp.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience preferably with 5+ years of experience as (Senior) Manager in a Supply Chain / Wholesale / e-commerce environment; 
  • Academic background. Preferably Business Economics/ Accounting with post-master (RC/RA) qualifications;
  • Proven track record in leading and developing large finance teams;
  • Strong communication and change management skills;
  • Strong drive to always improve; specific focus on system and process improvement;
  • Broad overall knowledge of both Business / Strategic finance topics as well as Accounting / Compliance matters.
