The job profile

As CFO, you will lead financial strategy and operations during ParkBee’s expansion, guiding a small team to ensure financial excellence. Your role includes designing financial controls and reporting frameworks, presenting results to Executive Board, Supervisory Board and PE shareholders, and driving international growth through scalable solutions. You will oversee finance management, improve accounting processes, establish KPIs, and enhance reporting to meet capital and cash targets. Additionally, you'll provide insights for decision-making, ensure accurate financial statements, and develop external reporting structures while advising stakeholders on financial implications of business activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Financial Architect: Design and lead financial controls, reporting frameworks, and systems that drive business performance and compliance with international regulations;
  • Strategic Partner to the Supervisory Board: Present financial results, manage risk, and advise on capital allocation and growth strategies as a key member of the executive team;
  • Drive International Expansion: Implement scalable financial solutions, cross-border tax planning, and compliance frameworks to fuel our international growth;
  • Lead & Inspire: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Completed Master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration or related education and/or post qualification (e.g. CPA, RA, RC, CIMA);
  • Experienced finance leader with a proven track record;
  • Extensive experience in a business oriented finance role and preferable with background in international/multicultural settings;
  • Experience to execute a growth strategy building a solid (financial) backbone for the whole organization;
  • Able to bring a holistic view, strategic vision on the business;
  • Hands-on attitude towards sizeable contract negotiations with major business partners and suppliers;
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and teams;
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English;
  • Expertise in project and change management in an entrepreneurial environment.
